Wesak (pronounced veesak) is a festival celebrating the life and continuing blessings of Gautama Buddha, and the great teachings and path of consciousness he brought to Earth. This festival occurs every year on the full moon of Taurus, with many rituals and celebrations held the world over. There is also a significant ceremony held with Masters and great beings of light in a hidden location in the Himalayas, to enable the major downflow of golden light and consciousness that Buddha brings to humanity.
